Our basmati is grown in Pakistan's traditional basmati-growing belt, where the soil and climate produce the long grain and natural aroma the variety is known for. Paddy is sourced, dried, and stored under controlled conditions before milling.
Rice is aged before milling to develop the grain elongation and firmer texture buyers expect from premium basmati, then milled, sorted, and graded to the moisture and purity specification each order calls for.

Paddy is sourced from growers in the basmati belt and dried to a controlled moisture level before storage.
